近日天氣稍微入秋,早晚偏涼,得注意氣溫變化。而秋際吃梨正當時!本次小編推薦的食療方無論是杏仁還是梨子都是滋陰潤肺、止咳平喘的好食材,杏仁燉梨子則效果加倍,秋季應適當喝一些,有助養肺潤燥、止咳平喘。
1.【材料】梨子200克、陳皮10克、冰糖20克、杏仁粉10克。
2.【作法】在鍋中加入400毫升的水和陳皮及冰糖,以中火煮10分鐘。梨子去皮除心,切成薄片。將汁倒進,趁熱放入梨子,等冷卻後放入冰箱裡保存。一天兩次。
3.【功效】適用於熱感口渴的咳嗽及氣喘。
